Taste

Recon is probably one on the most unique tasting beverages that I've experienced. Think of a Diet Vanilla Coke, but with a splash of black coffee. It's not bad, but the artificial sweetener aftertaste came through pretty strong at the end.

Energy/ Verdict

Recon Coffee Energy Cola delivered a nice boost in my energy levels and since there wasn't any sugar, there was no crash. It kept me going through the afternoon, but it wasn't too strong that it interfered with my sleep later that night. If you like Diet Vanilla Coke, then you'll probably enjoy Recon.
