Sugar: With 50 grams of sugar SunnyD X is the same as about 2 Snickers Candy bars. Sugar will give kids an energy rush, but this also comes with a crash.
B Vitamins: While B vitamins are responsible for energy metabolism, their effects are subtle and more long-term than short-term.
SunnyD X contains just 2% juice.
This energy drink is being marketed as a healthier alternative to traditional energy drinks and as kid friendly.
In our opinion SunnyD X still is not a healthy choice for kids because of the drink's very high sugar content.
