As you can see, caffeine comes in many different forms and can be found in a wide variety of beverages, food, supplements, candy, or other products.

A recent trend in the health food/ supplement industry has been to include exotic sounding ingredients in new products. These ingredients are often from South America or Asia and most people don’t know much about them.
