CoffeeCrave Fearless Black Coffee is promoted as having 5x the caffeine of normal coffee.

They achieve this by selling their Fearless Black blend coffee with a bottle of LiquidCrave, which is a caffeine additive. 

Customers are instructed to add 1/4 teaspoon of LiquidCrave to each 6 floz serving of Fearless Black brewed coffee.

Most coffee mugs are at least 12 floz so the above amount reflects 2 servings of CoffeeCrave Fearless Black made according to the directions.

CoffeeCrave Fearless Black Review

This coffee has such a high caffeine level that I was a bit hesitant to try it because it would deliver much more caffeine than I'm typically used to on a daily basis. However, my curiosity got the best of me.

Taste

I've sampled many "liquid caffeine" products in the past and I've always been able to detect the bitterness of the caffeine, so I was curious as to how the LiquidCrave would make the coffee taste.  

I ground and brewed their Fearless Black blend of beans just like I do for my regular coffee. 

First, their coffee beans are excellent. Great flavor and really fresh. Secondly, I tried the coffee with and without the LiquidCrave added. I was surprised to discover that the LiquidCrave only increased the bitterness of the coffee ever so slightly. Most people wouldn't even notice it. 

Ingredients/Effect

Their Fearless Black blend is 100% arabica coffee that has been medium roasted.  Their LiquidCrave contains caffeine and a few additives. 

One of the additives keeps LiquidCrave solid at room temperature. To use it, it must be heated for about 20 seconds in the microwave. This is a safety feature of LiquidCrave to keep children or others from accidently ingesting it. 

844 mg of caffeine is too much for me, so I opted to add just one serving of LiquidCrave to my coffee. Needless to say, the extra 322 mg (the amount per 1/4 tsp) of caffeine was quite noticeable. I consumed this around lunchtime and even at 11 pm, I had a bit of trouble falling asleep. 

Some Notes:

CoffeeCrave will only sell this product to those over 18 years of age.

The Fearless Black Coffee has to be brewed at 2 tbs. of ground coffee per 6 floz of water to arrive close to the estimated caffeine amounts and even then it could vary.

• 6 floz = 422 mg
• 12 floz = 844 mg

Consuming more than 1 serving of this product could produce unwanted negative overdose symptoms. People should be aware of their caffeine tolerance and sensitivity level before purchasing and using CoffeeCrave Fearless Black. 

Under no circumstances should children have access to this product.
